Version 114.0, first offered to Release channel users on 6 June 2023

Websites that use window.print() can now be printed.
Open in app button in PDF viewer to opens PDFs in an external app.

Various security fixes.
Reduced the CPU usage of background tabs. This should help reduce tab reloads.
Made tabs tray animation smoother.
